The new web-based Customer Portal has been specially designed for Bizagi’s cloud customers, as the place where subscription managers can administer the users of all the cloud products in a centralized manner.
The Customer Portal enables the organization of different hierarchy levels of users such as the Customer Portal administrators who manage all users for all product subscriptions, the subscription administrators to manage each product and the users of each model or project created.
Each cloud product has its own section to independently control the addition or deletion of users: Modeler Services, Studio Collaboration Services, Automation Services, Artificial Intelligence and Business Insights.
